You don't always know what to say when someone asks about your child.
You've replayed conversations in your mind.
You've wondered what you could have done differently.
You've kept your phone number the same... just in case.
And somewhere, quietly, you've asked yourself the question you rarely say out loud:
"What happened?"
If this feels familiar, you're not alone—and you don't have to keep carrying it by yourself.

By the end of this two-day intensive, you will leave with:
✔ A clearer understanding of the relationship patterns that may have contributed to the estrangement
✔ A personalized map of what you can—and cannot—control
✔ Tools for communicating without chasing, defending, attacking, or abandoning yourself
✔ A plan for navigating silence, rejection, holidays, and unexpected contact
✔ Healthier ways to leave the door open without putting your life on hold
✔ A printed workbook and your personalized next-step plan

DAY ONE: UNDERSTANDING WHAT HAPPENED
We'll explore family-system patterns, emotional triggers, grief, boundaries, relational ruptures, and the important difference between accepting responsibility and accepting blame.
DAY TWO: CHOOSING WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We'll focus on communication tools, repair readiness, responding to contact or continued silence, protecting your emotional well-being, and creating your individualized way-forward plan.

Walking into this room isn't admitting you failed.
This intensive isn't about deciding who was right or wrong.
It's about understanding the relationship patterns you can influence, developing healthier ways of responding, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
